Hello,
My name is Vic Johnson and I am going to share a few of my life experiences with you in the hopes that they can be of some benefit to you or someone that you know. I am a former smoker that is willing to share my story of successfully breaking a 20 year long nicotine addiction, beating lung cancer and, so far, adding 26 happy, healthy years to my life. Life is good and sharing experiences help us grow and improve!!
We are taught all of our lives that to be a quitter is a bad thing. However, I think it is just a different way of making our lives better. I know that quitting smoking makes everything in one’s life better. Yes even the nicotine cravings that we have to go through in order to have a successful quit improve one’s life in one way or another.
Before the negative remarks and views begin to pour in yes, this is another blog on the benefits of quitting smoking, self improvement and possibly adding healthy, happy years to one’s life. It is not my intention to harass anyone about their nicotine addiction, preach about the evils of the tobacco industry (though from time to time that may happen) or to shame anyone because they have a nicotine addiction. I know from experience how difficult it is to break a nicotine addiction. I made the attempt to quit a number of times before I finally was successful. But if someone is sincere and willing to seek the knowledge that will empower them to quit they can be successful.
My efforts here are directed to those that have reached a point in their lives that they really do want to quit smoking and are looking for some true information on how to quit. The information that I will share, hopefully, will help them realize that worthwhile goal. My success story can be found at http://quitterscanbewinners.com.
