Quitting smoking is about the most difficult task for anyone that is addicted to nicotine will ever do.  For the person that has decided that he or she wants to quit smoking it takes more than just a small effort and an “I want to stop smoking” wish.  It takes an understanding of what causes the addiction, how the addiction works and how to beat the addiction.

Over 20 years after I stopped smoking using the “cold turkey” method I finally realized that if I had learned a few facts about why I smoked, (because I had the addiction), what I needed to learn, ( the Law of Addiction), and the length of time nicotine stays in one’s system after their last use, (72 hours), I may have been able to break the addiction with a successful quit long before I actually did.

Life becomes easier to live it to its full capacity when one is tobacco free.
